The Information Center for Agriculture and Rural Development (AGROINFO), Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development (IPSARD) has issued the “Vietnam sugar-cane market in quarter 3/2009”. The report offers updated and comprehensive analyses of factors affecting sugar-cane market in quarter 3/2009 and outlook for late 2009.

The report offers updated and comprehensive analyses of factors affecting sugar-cane market in quarter 3/2009 and outlook for late 2009.
The report is also concerned with key issues of current Vietnam sugar industry such as pressure of sugar cane shortage, factory with low capacity and high costs.
