As reported by ICO, “exporters are increasing consumption in 2011; meanwhile, the supply is likely exhausted due to poor harvest”. Brazil has increased its consumption up 5% while Vietnam is predicted to raise 370,000 bags consumed this year. However, it is forecast that movement of coffee markets might tend to decrease in Apr this year due to improved supply as Brazil and Indonesia begin their harvest.
