More FDI capital poured in Da Nang

Central coastal Da Nang City licensed 20 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects totalling more than US$677 million in the first nine months of the year, bringing the total valid FDI projects in the City to 112 with a combined capital of more than US$1.5 billion.

Three of 20 newly-licensed projects, worth more than US$653 million, are involved in real estate construction.

They are the US$325 million Capital Square residential area project, the US$250 million Da Phuoc residential area project and the US$78.1 million Ngu Hanh Son resort project.

A series of projects which are being carried out in the city include the US$86 million Silvershores resort, the US$73 million VinaCapital golf course, the US$60 million Vegas villa and hotel resort, the US$57 million sea resort, the US$30 million Daewon high-rise building, the US$25 million Indochina Riverside Tower and the US$25 million Olalani resort.
