AThe centre, established through a collaborative effort between the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the Ha Noi Department of Post and Telematics and Intel Vietnam, is part of a national scheme that aims to support enterprises in IT applications for the period between 2005-2010.
VCCI said the centre will help businesses to access IT services while increasing their competitiveness and they expected the new facility to lure nearly 9,000 customers by the end of the year.
The Chamber added that Intel Vietnam’s involvement in the establishment of the centre demonstrated the US firm’s commitment to fostering IT applications and community training in developing countries.
Last year, VCCI set up the first IT consulting centre in Ho Chi Minh City in association with Netsoft, a software solution provider.
