Projects of note include a US$755 million express way linking central Da Nang city and Quang Ngai and five projects, worth US$370 million in total, in the Dung Quat Industrial Zone.
The Dung Quat industrial zone will house a US$170 million steel plant with a capacity of churning out 100,000 tonnes of products per year, a US$100 million Poly Styren plant with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes and a US$40 million Carbon Black plant capable of turning out 50,000 tonnes per year.
