VCCI Hosts Free E-commerce Training for Businesses

The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) opened a free training programme on e-commerce and e-commerce application to businesses in Hanoi on August 01, 2007.
The programme, designed for 100 trainees, covers the main contents of e-commerce overview introduction and internet-based transaction and trade promotion instructions to help enterprises build and develop e-commerce websites.
 
The trainees of the course are officials of sales, business and marketing divisions as well as leaders of enterprises who wish to learn e-commerce and e-commerce application to business operations of their enterprises. VCCI will frequently organise similar courses, both face-to-face training and online training.
 
E-commerce training is one of activities of “Assisting enterprises to apply information technology to serve integration and development in the 2005-2010 period” project, commonly known as Project 191. Under this programme, VCCI has organised 500 training courses on IT applications for enterprises since 2005.
